Yes! there is a $25 cleaning fee to clean the grill. Propane tank is there but the responsibility of the guest to fill if they'd like to use it! • What is the fee for pool heat? Hot tub (Spa) heat is $75 for 3 nights or less and $125 for every 7 nights. Pool heat and Hot tub heat together will be $125 for 3 nights and $175 for every 7 nights. • What kind of EV charger does the home have? The home is equipped with an external 110V outlet on the front porch. Extension cord may be required but not provided. It just depends on the length of your cable but most cables should reach. 110V is a slow charge which will add 2-5 miles per hour depending on your car. This will not fill your battery overnight. There are Tesla Superchargers nearby! • Are the community pools heated year-round? Absolutely! All pools and the lazy river are heated all year round! • What are the pool hours? The pools open at 9 am and close at 9 pm daily. • What are the minimum height restrictions for the waterslides? Riders must be at least 36 inches tall and only one rider at a time. • Are there activities at the Resort? Yes, and the activities change monthly! • Does the Mini-Golf and Kayaking cost extra? Mini-golf at the time of writing is $5/kids and $7/adults (Prices may change**). Kayak rental is $15/30 mins or $20/hour. Sometimes there are specials too. • What time does the Tiki Bar and Ice Cream Shop open/close? They open at 11 am and close 8 pm daily. • What time does the Clubhouse open/close? 9 am – 9 pm daily. • What time does the Fitness Center open/close? 5 am – 12 am daily. Guest access The entire home is yours to enjoy as well as the private pool and hot tub in the home. There are two clubhouse which can used for your enjoyment as well! Other things to note Please send the first and last name of any drivers that will need parking passes! Please leave trash in trash bags only, in the brown bin in front of the home daily. Valet trash comes every day except Wednesday and Saturdays! For free valet transportation to and from the clubhouses, please ask your host for the correct number to dial for this service There is a grill cleaning fee of $30 Propane refills can be purchased at nearby grocery stores if the tank is empty. Refills are about $19. Hot tub & pool maintenance happens every Wednesday between 8am to 10am. They will enter through the side gate and work quietly. Pool heat is $125 for 3 days and $150 for every 7 days. **Pool can take up to 24 hours to fully heat. Please request at least 24 hours in advance. Heater may not work well below 55 degrees.
