Cozy, spacious house in scenic surroundings

Get close to nature in this pleasant house located on the outskirts of Malexander village. Fall asleep and awaken to nature's own sound. Östgötaleden goes directly outside the house and gives quick access to nice hiking in wonderful nature. Take a morning swim in a clear water lake within walking distance or swim at the swimming area in the village. Canoes and SUPs can be borrowed free of charge. In the village there is also a restaurant, café, church and sports field. The house is connected to a farm with nice rolling surroundings and small-scale sheep production. The space The ground floor has an open floor plan with kitchen and living room that provides a good and pleasant place to socialize. Adjacent is an exit to a terrace. The three bedrooms but 8 beds are on the second floor. AC is located on the ground floor. The houses are less suitable for children under 8 years of age. Other things to note The rental cost includes access to two canoes, two SUPs and life jackets at no extra charge. Use is on your own risk.
