With large south facing balconies and ample secure off street parking. The space The house is exceptionally spacious and can accomodate large families and groups very comfortably. The houses are not overlooked by any other property and are in quite a unique setting for being so close to a city and amenities. The accomodation is split over 3 floors with the kitchen and utility on the ground floor, the first large bedroom and bathroom next floor, then the lounge and 2 further double bedrooms. The lounge is very large with the large south facing balcony magnificent views over the woods and fields to the south. The largest bedroom with en-suite is on the top floor with the same views overlooking the fields. In total there are 4 double and 1 king size bed. The large 1st floor bedroom has 2 double beds. The middle 2 bedrooms each have one double bed. The top bedroom has a king size bed. The family bathroom has a bath and shower screen and shower attachement with thermostatic shower. The en-suite has a thermostatic shower. The heating is a combi boiler so there is always hot water available. The water pressure is very good so you are guaranteed a hot shower. Guest access The entire house is for your use, except the garage. Other things to note We ask guests to respect the peaceful setting, and the privacy of other guests, and not to make too much noise during their stay, particularly late at nights on the balconies, as this can disrupt other guests stays.
