The villa is close to all sights and amenities, making it easy to plan your visit, in addition it is located just 500m walk to one of the most beautiful beaches in Koh Samui. The space Villa Ines is located close to several amenities and attractions such as the Jungle Club, the beautiful Chaweng Beach (500m), Clandestino Restaurant, halfway between the lively centers of Lamai and Chaweng... Its living area is composed of a bright open space grouping the cozy living room, dining area and fully equipped kitchen. There is also a laundry room with a washing machine, which is a plus for families. Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms with bathrooms. Both bedrooms are equipped with large windows allowing you to contemplate the stunning sea views from the comfort of your king size bed. Outside, you can relax on the sun terrace and sofas, or dive into the infinity pool overlooking the ocean. Villas under construction are currently underway near the villa. Noise noise is possible during the day. Contact us to learn about the progress of construction. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire property throughout their stay. Other things to note Is Included in the rate: Pool maintenance (2 x week) and internet (fiber optic). Not included: your electricity consumption (6 THB / kwh). A meter reading will be made at check-in and check-out. A damage deposit of 20,000 THB (or in another currency) intended to cover any damage or damage, must be paid at the time of check-in. The security deposit will be returned at the time of check-out.
