Charming Lakefront Cabin with Hot Tub

Thoughtfully updated lakefront cabin, north of the Catskill mountains, in the Hudson Valley. Located inside the private, family-friendly Sleepy Hollow Lake community with guest access to pools, beach, tennis courts, & basketball (May-Sep). A peaceful retreat - come watch the hummingbirds from the porch or have your morning coffee looking out upon the lake! The cabin faces west over the lake so it's a wonderful spot to watch the sun set! The space 2.5 story log cabin with cathedral ceiling which comfortably sleeps six guests across three bedrooms. Rooms/spaces consist of: - Open plan kitchen/living area - Dining room with allocated work space (desk, desktop computer, & printer) - Master bedroom with king-sized bed - Second bedroom with full-sized bed - Third bedroom with twin beds - Attic den for lounging with board games and books - Bathroom - Porch with sectional and outdoor dining area - Second porch with hot tub & picnic table - Lakefront BBQ grill The main living space is cooled by a window unit AC during the summer whereas the bedrooms & dining room are serviced by ceiling fans/fans. The master and children’s bedrooms are on the garden level which stays very cool throughout the year. Heating (forced air) throughout for the winter months. Large, lake front garden. 2 kayaks are provided for guest use. You can kayak and swim directly from our yard/dock but there's also a beautiful community beach to spend the day at too. *In an effort to keep invasive species out of our lake, guests are not permitted to bring their own kayaks, boats, or other watercraft.* For infants & children we supply: 2 x high chair, splat mat, flatware, utensils, 2 x pack'n'plays, changing table, glider, play mat, & toys.
