The entire home has been newly renovated & features a fully equipped kitchen, laundry center & one car garage for guest use. Grocery store, shopping & restaurants are very close by for your convenience. The living room & both bedrooms have heat pump units for keeping you comfortable year round. The living room has a large smart TV to log into your favorite streaming services, comfy couches & an office corner with a desk and comfy desk chair. The fully equipped kitchen has all brand new stainless steel appliances & everything you need for cooking meals at home. There are two bedrooms, each with a queen size bed, plenty of closet space & individual heat pump units for customized temperature control. The fully fenced backyard has a small patio with chairs for relaxing outdoors. *No pets allowed* Guest access Our guests will have access to the whole home, garage, half of the driveway & fully fenced-in backyard. Only smaller vehicles will fit in the garage. Other things to note Must be 25 years or older to book. This home is half of a duplex. The other half is also an Airbnb. They share a driveway, so please be respectful of your neighbors regarding noise and sharing the driveway. The garages and laundry rooms/kitchens are in the center of the duplex where the shared walls are, while the bedrooms are on the outside of the duplex so you won't hear any noise from next door.
