Villa Twilight tree is a stunning 5-bd house with a modern, minimalist & tropical vibe, nestled in Hacienda Pinilla, the most exclusive gated community of the area. The space The house features a beautiful living room with a fully equipped open plan kitchen, an inside dinner table, a TV lounge, all opened on the outside, with a confortable terrace, sunbeds, a pool, a lounge and an outdoor kitchen with his BBQ, ice machine, fridge and another wide diner table. The house features 5 bedrooms : -1 Master bedroom, with its King-size bed (200x200cm), its private closet, a large ensuite bathroom open on a beautiful tropical patio. -1 Junior bedroom, with its King-size bed (200x200cm), a nice ensuite bathroom with its outdoor shower and a TV. -3 Family bedroom, each with 2 Queen-size beds (160x200cm), a nice bathroom and a TV. Each room is equipped with ceiling fans, A/C, closet, safe and blackout curtains. Guest access With three-miles of unspoiled Guanacaste Province and Nicoya Peninsula coastline, Hacienda Pinilla's 4,500 acres of historic ranch property, pristine beaches, and untouched natural landscapes offer both homeowners and guests room to roam and experience total tranquility and endless adventure. Hacienda Pinilla offers incredible amenities including a Tennis and pickleball club, a 18 holes-Golf, the access to the Beach Club (our guests have membership access at 5$/day per person) with its fitness facilities, infinity pool, conference room, restaurant and bar, playground and the beach and the access to the JW Marriott (day pass at extra cost to use the amenities) with its restaurants and beach. For the surfers, at the Beach club there is an access to little Hawaii as well which is a nice reef break for surfers. Airport access Liberia the closest International airport is at about 1.15h driving distance from the villa. San Jose airport is at about 4h driving distance. There are as well domestic flights from San Jose to Tamarindo (40min) with Sansa Airlines. We can coordinate airport transfer from/to the airport. Services and Concierge The housekeeper service is included from Monday to Saturday (except holidays).
