Vichayito's house: beachfront panorama bungalow

This airy bungalow directly on the north Peruvian beachfront offers a rustic, familiar space to spend a beautiful vacation. Its outdoor kitchen/dining area provides a comfortable space for family cook-offs, grilling, and especially breakfast with a direct view of the beach. An abundance of front windows and light curtains provide excellent ventilation and soft, homely lighting. Pet-friendly, welcoming and elegant, this classic beach house is a welcome and private holiday retreat. The space The house is on a large property located directly on the beachfront. Upon arrival, guests will find a parking space large enough for an SUV. The bungalow itself has an ample living room with a couch, dinner table and stools. The master bedroom has a double bed and wardrobe. Between the master and secondary bedrooms we will find a fully furnished bathroom. The secondary bedroom has three single beds, wardrobe and night tables. The attic, reachable by a short ladder, has a closet and two single beds with night tables. All areas are well lit and some traditional lamps are available for supplementary night lighting. There is a foot wash at the entrance for guests returning from the sandy beach, and an outdoor shower in the garden. The ample garden is lush with many local plants including a couple of our own coconut trees. The outdoor kitchen/dining area includes a table for six with two large benches. The kitchen is well furnished and a charcoal grill is also available in addition to a smoker for meats or fish. The house has a service room, available in case a nanny or private cook is hired for the duration of the stay - there is a bathroom with shower available next to the service room. The house perimeter is fenced and the front part of the property is a direct access to the beach with a gate and sunshade. Guest access All areas of the property are available for guests to use. The included external parking is large enough to accommodate an SUV. The house has a service room, available in case a nanny or private cook is hired for the duration of the stay - there is a bathroom with shower available next to the service room. The outdoor kitchen/dining area has a table with seating for six, and the kitchen is fully furnished including gas stove and refrigerator/freezer. The garden is available to be used for relaxing outdoors. The private beach access leads directly to the beachfront. Other things to note We are able to provide many additional services, especially for longer stays (these incur an additional cost), like hiring a nanny, private cook, help with shopping, renting a local vehicle, etc. You can also contact us for recommendations on local activities, restaurants in town, information on surf and kitesurfing schools and rentals, and other amenities.
