Bright and cosy - 5 min. walk from central station

Cosy apartment in the heart of Copenhagen (Vesterbro) only 5 minutes walk from central station. The area is the lovely "Vesterbro", also called LITTLE PARIS OF COPENHAGEN, which is close to Tivoli, downtown, Nørrebro and Frederiksberg (all the "bridges"; in danish called "broerne"). You have everything you need around you. It is located from the center of the city and close to the famous Istedgade, and Kødbyen (meatpacking district). The space My studio-apartment is ideal for couples on a romantic trip, business travellers, solo, or cultural-trips with a friend or two. My apartment is 53 square meters. Be-aware that my lovely apartment seems to look bigger than on the pictures (some guests said this and then I felt responsible of informing about this). You will have the whole apartment for yourself. I have been a super host every year for many years, but because of new rules in my apartment building I am not allowed to rent my home out as much as I want - and therefore it is hard to be a superhost again. I really care about my guest and I want you to have the best stay! HOW IS MY HOME AND WHAT WILL YOU GET? My home is a hole home (a big studio), and not for sharing, but its 1 big room with separated kitchen, and a nice bathroom. I have one couch and one bed. I have big mirrors in the hallway and there is underfloor heating in the bathroom in the winter time, with Grohe soft rain-shower. I also have an award-winning water-filter installed in the shower, that softens the hard water and takes out all the limescale, nikkel, chlorine, calcium, magnesium and copper. It will also help you if you suffer from eczema, dry skin and hair. The water will leave your skin soft like a baby and your hair will shine bright! All my towels are made of 100% Egyptian cotton and bamboo. My kitchen has oven, and you can cook on gas if you like (tastes better!) THINGS FOR THE GUEST My soaps are always organic and so are my shampoos. I have all the basic things in my apartment, for you (even pads for makeup removal). I will always leave a basket with products for my guests so you won't be confused with all my private stuff. You will have enough towels. I will leave cleaning equipments for you and I am a cleaning maniac so no worries. I clean and sanitise everything; I follow airbnb cleaning instructions very detailed. ABOUT THE DESIGN IN THE APARTMENT I would describe my home as a very unique designed studio apartment. I have personalised the design to give an expression of who I am and all the desires and dreams I have in life. I have french and Italian vintage items mixed with modern Danish design and my 100% real Persian carpets. You will meet nostalgia moments on top of maximalism packed in scandinavian minimalism. You will meet Godfather and and my money-table, but you will also see classics such as Pulp Fiction on my wall or One Thousand and One Nights collection books. My chairs are the classic "Ghost" chairs designed by Phillipe Starck. You will see that I love history, law, politics, art, music, movies, religion and culture and therefore you will see a lot of text notes in the wall and other places, that are referred to either movies, political scandals and other exciting stuff. Try to guess yourself. You will also see notes as direct instructions for my guests such as "remember to lock the door, etc". My brown vintage mirror is inspired by James Bond from the 60's. An English family ordered this as a customised design. I bought it on action. The small mirror in the hallway is a piece of Persian art from Shiraz in Iran. It belonged to my parents when they lived in Iran before the Iran-Iraq war. OUTDOOR AREA My apartment has a lovely courtyard, where everybody can be free around trees and flowers. A peaceful and green place. I also have a shared balcony, where you can eat lunch in the sun, surrounded by plants and flowers. RULES AND TIPS FOR STAYING IN MY APARTMENT You can use everything in my home except my shoes, clothes and personal stuff and other things that I inform you about. Please accept that I have a lot of things in my apartment that I can't move or take out of my apartment, whenever I rent it out. I do except that you treat my home like your own home. Please, be aware that my studio apartment might look a bit bigger on pictures than in real life. Please accept that you will find food in the fridge, but feel free to take anything! Please to bring indoor slippers for the bathroom as it can be a little smooth on the floor, and the white floor is not very comfortable to walk on and it is sensitive, because when the skin meets the floor, it will feel a bit less smooth. Also, it is better for my floor if you use slippers, because then the white color will last longer. Thank you very much for respecting this, also. Socks are also a good idea if you dont like slippers/flip flops. FURTHER INFORMATION I do not rent my apartment out for longer periods under the normal price etc. I cannot help students for 6 months and so on, so please respect that and do not waste your time on writing me messages/requests. Guest access You have the whole apartment for yourself. Other things to note I don't have television, because I believe that it ruins our opportunity to do other things, that are more important. We have to feel alive, and the only way to do that, is to get out and explore the world. I offer free coffee and tea to all guests. There is always chocolate, cookies and nuts for free on the table.
