This peaceful, nicely appointed whole 2nd floor area has a large landing, spacious bedroom and full bath. The landing houses a coffee bar w/coffee makings, plates, glasses, utensils + microwave and minifridge. In the bath are lots of fluffy towels, shampoo, etc. The bedroom, with comfy queen bed, extra pillows/blanket, has a table and chairs for dining, work. Large windows let in lots of sunlight. Dark, heavy curtains, when pulled shut out light for undisturbed sleep. 5 blks to downtown Valpo. The space Semi-private entrance. Rental is all of 2nd floor with large bedroom, full bath and landing. 1st floor of home, with private entrance off foyer is owner-occupied. Landing has a recliner, coffee bar with coffee makings, microwave + minifridge. Shared front porch with rocker, additional chair, table. Guest access Front door entrance with key pad, using your personal code. Up the stairs on the right in small foyer. Guest area encompases all of the open 2nd floor. During your stay Sharon will message address, her phone number, general instructions, number for keypad code, and WIFI password upon confirmation of reservation.
