Within a 15 minute walk from the condo you will find yourself on the stunning, black sand of Ocotal Beach. Ocotal hosts amazing snorkelling. A 30min walk or 9-minute drive away is Del Coco Beach; a fun, lively town with lots of great restaurants, shops, grocery stores, bars, casino & an amazing beach. The space Casa Costera is an open concept studio on the upper level of the Sweet Dreams Condo complex in Ocotal. Our unit is suitable for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. We offer a full kitchen, dining area, private bathroom and work space. The unit is at the end of a row offering a little more privacy, a cozy outdoor seating area and amazing views of the surrounding mountains. We provide snorkeling gear, inflatable pool loungers, deck of cards and Smart TV, you are welcome to login to your own streaming accounts. In the unit you will find a fully detailed guest guide/book, listing unit and complex details as well as grocery, stores, rentals and adventure information. We can also provide you with a Taxi / Shuttle contact for pick-up service from Liberia Airport. Guest access Guests have access to all public areas in the complex, pool, laundry, lush gardens, rancho and parking. Other things to note Our complex is in a safe friendly neighborhood of other condo complexes and locals. There is a day-time security contact for check-in and registration as well as a night guard on duty from 6PM- 6AM. Quiet time is from 11:00PM to 7:00am Pay by Use Laundry on site, soap and fees are at renters expense. Rental does not include personal items such as shampoo, bath soap, body wash etc. Toilet paper is provided at beginning of rental, tenants to re-stock as needed during their stay.
