It is fully stocked with all your needs. We have a golf cart, paddle boards, lawn chairs, wagon, and flotation loungers for the beach. Enjoy a glass of wine on the deck while the kids run around at the park in this gated family-friendly community. The space Our cottage has 4 bedrooms, 2 rooms with King beds, 1 room with a queen, and another room with 2 bunk beds, which have 2 doubles beds on the bottom and 2 singles on top. There are two comfortable areas with TV's so the kids can have some down time watching a movie or playing lego upstairs. The sunroom is a lovely area to hang out in as well. The windows can be open to let in the breeze or closed to keep your conversations private. There is a lot of green space around and a backyard area to kick around a ball or play other outdoor games. Guest access You will have access to the shared pool, hot tub area, and fitness room. There is also a ping pong table outside by the pool for guests to use. There are a couple of parks on the property and the beach is a close walk away. The sunsets are beautiful down at the beach which also has fire pits for you to enjoy.
