There is a hotel with a restaurant near by and beach bars. The nearest town Nea Kalikrateia is a 5 minute drive away and Thessaloniki is 30 min driving from the apartment. Sahara beach is a 10 minute drive away. You can also visit Petralona cave which is near by. It takes 25 minutes to get to the large shopping mall Mediterranean Cosmos. The space The apartment is located on the ground floor. It has 2 separate bedrooms with queen size beds. In the living room there is a folding sofa and a settee and there is a lot of natural light. The kitchen is equipped with a large stove, toaster, electric barbecue, electric kettle and a large fridge. There is a large dining table and a smaller dining table on the terrace. The terrace is large and there is also access to the back yard and it is very private. The apartment remains cool even in the warmest days due to its location and green surroundings.
