Lake Tillery with HOT TUB & long range view

This 4 bedrm 2 bath home is located in a cove w/ easy access to the main channel. Our backyard also has a Trex deck w a 7 person hot tub & a large fire pit. Guests also love the gentle slope down to the water. Local boat rentals are nearby & our dock has space to park your boat. Non-water fun is an easy bike ride or walk to the cute downtown Norwood which offers shopping, coffee, yummy Mexican & sushi! CLEAN COMFORTABLE & WELL STOCKED are often used to describe our home. The space The home has 2 bedrms upstairs that share a full bath and 2 bedrms in the basement that share the 2nd full bath. Each bedroom has it's own Roku Smart TV. The very well supplied kitchen is on the main floor along with the main living rm and dining that seats 12 people. In the basement there is a second family room with an additional TV, giving everyone plenty of room to spread out. Outside you will find a deck off the main living rm, a covered patio with seating off the basement family room and a large two-tier sunbathing deck over the boat lift. In the backyard you will also find the perfect firepit area with seating for 8. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire home with the exception of one storage closet. The owner also keep their ski boat and jet ski on the property which is not included with the rental. The rental does included the use of a large lily pad, some life jackets and paddle boards. Other things to note We specifically request our guests not climb on our boat or jet ski. We understand kids can get very curious so we would appreciate if the adults as a precaution ask them to not approach the watercraft.
