The space Included are 2 bedrooms, both with queen beds supplied with comfortable mattresses. There are 2 bathrooms, the master bathroom has a walk-in shower plus a jetted tub. The other bathroom comes with a tub/shower. Both bathrooms have skylights above which allows natural light and airflow to come through. The property has a spacious living room with a gas fireplace, cozy seating and a flat-screen smart T.V. The full kitchen has a dishwasher, stove, oven, refrigerator/freezer, wine refrigerator, blender, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, sink with garbage disposal. There are also remote controlled skylights located above the kitchen and eating area. There is a nook seating area with a round table which is perfect for having breakfast at. French doors lead from the living room to a spacious patio with beautiful olive trees and plenty of outdoor seating with one solar powered light up umbrella and one regular umbrella that provide plenty of shade. 2 Lounge chairs for tanning/relaxing and a 4- burner Charbroil BBQ for outdoor cooking. There is NO garage, however, one parking pass will be supplied so you won’t have to pay for street parking.
