Welcome to the "City" gîte located in a hamlet, between Espalion, Gabriac and Bozouls, at the foot of L'Aubrac. Pleasant single-story vacation rental, ideal for 2 couples or a couple with 2 children + a baby. Ideal for finding calm and rest. 55 m2 accommodation with 20 m2 private terrace, 1000 m2 large garden and accessible shared swimming pool. You will enjoy its geographical location, ideally located at the heart of the region's activities. The space This recent accommodation with a modern look will be your favorite upon arrival in this small hamlet of a few houses, surrounded by nature and very quiet. Adjoining the home of the owners, it has a very appreciable living environment. It has a kitchen/living area, two bedrooms, bathroom bathroom and separate toilet. In the living room, you will enjoy: - Wi-Fi internet access, - an HD TV - sofa In the open kitchen, you will find all the necessary necessary including: - a fridge/freezer, - an oven - a microwave - an induction cooktop, - an extractor hood, - a kettle, a Nespresso coffee machine, toaster - dishes in number, tea towels. In the bathroom: - 1 vanity unit with storage - walk-in shower - a heated towel rail, - hair dryer. - towels (small and large) The toilet is independent and also houses the washing machine. Bedding: - in the master bedroom, a large 160 x 200 bed and storage closet. Wall-mounted TV. - In the second bedroom, two single beds 90 x 200 with possibility of joining them together. Other things to note * No pets allowed. * Out of respect for the neighborhood, we refuse any festive event that would exceed the maximum number of tenants. * An electric car charging station is available, a supplement of €20/charge will be requested.
