Welcome to the "City" cottage located in a hamlet, between Espalion, Gabriac and Bozouls, at the foot of L’Aubrac. Pleasant cottage on the ground floor, ideal for 2 couples or a couple with 2 children + a baby . Ideal for finding calm and rest. 55 m2 accommodation with private terrace of 20 m² , large garden of 1000 m² and shared pool accessible. You will enjoy its geographical location, conveniently located in the heart of activities in the region. The space This recent home with a modern look, will be your favorite as soon as you arrive in this little hamlet of a few dwellings, surrounded by nature and very quiet. Adjoining the house of the owners, it has a very appreciated living environment. It has a kitchen/living area, two bedrooms, bath and separate WC. In the living room you will enjoy: - access to WiFi internet, - an HD TV - Sofa In the open kitchen, you will find all the amenities necessary including: - fridge/freezer, - oven - microwave - an induction plate, - an extractor hood, - a kettle, a nespresso coffee machine, a toaster - plenty of dishes, dish towels . In the bathroom: - 1 basin cabinet with storage - walk-in shower - a towel dryer, - a hairdryer. - towels (small and large) The toilet is independent and also accommodates the washing machine. Bedding: - in the master bedroom, a large bed 160 x 200 and storage. Wall-mounted TV. - In the second bedroom, two single beds 90 x 200 with possibility pairing. Other things to note * Pets are not allowed. * Out of respect for the neighborhood, we refuse any festive event that would exceed the maximum number of tenants. * An electric car charging station is available, an extra €20/charge will be requested.
