Less than 10 minutes from Mont Orford, cruise on the Memphré, golf, cross-country/alpine skiing, sailing, water sports, beach, cinema, boutiques, antique shops, art galleries, hiking, bike paths and cycling, tennis, mountain biking, tennis, marina, boats and pontons rentals, brasseries, bars, restaurants and ice cream parlors. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire property and its land. Additional guests: Our pricing is based on the number of people present per day. Any additional guest must pay a fee of 50$ + tax/day, even if they do not stay overnight. Please inform us of their presence, before their arrival. The property cannot accommodate more people than those confirmed in your reservation. We do not accept any reductions in the number of people within 7 days or less before your arrival. We can add guests, but not remove them. 2. Fireplaces: The 2 gas fireplaces are only available during winter. 3. No pets: Pets are not allowed on the property. 4. No smoking: Our property is non-smoking (cigarettes and vaping). 5. Laundry: Washing/Drying machines are not accessible for guests. 6. Fireworks/drones: Please do not use fireworks, firecrackers, or drones on the property. 7. Cameras/sound detector: Please note that the house is equipped with outdoor security cameras and a sound detector outside to ensure the respect and tranquility of our neighbourhood. 8. Checkout: Please ensure the departure time and checkout instructions are fully respected. Additional fees apply for any incomplete tasks or if the departure time is not respected. 9. Responsibility: Please note that you are responsible for paying any additional cleaning fees if the property is not left in the same condition as upon arrival. You are also responsible for any damage or stains caused to the house, both inside and outside. 10. Photoshoot/filming/event: Please contact us to validate the feasibility of your project. We have different pricing and requirements for these types of bookings. It is strictly forbidden to take photos for commercial purposes without informing us in advance. 11. Security deposit: A mandatory security deposit of 750$ is required for all reservations, requested via the Airbnb platform 2 days prior arrival. It is fully refundable upon departure, if the property is left in good condition and if our policies are fully respected. 12. RV/tent: Please note that it is not permitted to park RVs in the parking lot or on our grounds, even if no guests are sleeping in the vehicle. Tents are also not allowed on the property. 13. Stays during busy periods: For stays during the holiday season (December 20 to January 6), Quebec, Ontario, and U.S. spring break weeks, Easter, as well as summer stays (June 1 to September 30), we require a minimum of 4 people per reservation. CHECKOUT INSTRUCTIONS: At your checkout, we will ask you to please: - Take your dirty towels and put them in one of the bath upstairs - Put your dirty dishes in the dishwasher and make sure to turn it on. - Do not leave dirty or clean dishes or kitchen items in the sink or on the countertops. - Empty all the garbage in the house and take them out to the appropriate bins outside. - Set the temperature at 20 degrees. - Lock all the doors.
