Off street parking. Perfect for holiday or professional working in the area. Extra charge for single occupancy of both rooms. Not equipped for infants. The space Quiet, safe and well established neighbourhood. Pink room with king size bed room is newly repainted and carpeted with garden view. Green room with 2 beds is spacious and south facing. The bathroom has bathtub and shower. New flooring. Large south facing living room with wood burning stove as well as desk and chair for work station. You have free parking in driveway. This property is not equipped to host families with infants and children under the age of 7. Guest access You have full access to lower level of the home which includes large living room, kitchen, sunroom and garden. Owner has her private rooms upstairs, living room and kitchen may be shared with owner at times. Can accommodate 4 people. During your stay I will be here to greet you and show you the property and answer any questions about Fraserburgh or give suggestions for restaurants and places to visit. I am working or have studies so usually out or upstairs in my study. I will share the kitchen with you. Other things to note Not suitable for guests who want to arrive late, stay up late, party or make a lot of noise at night time. No smoking inside, smoke outside is okay. No pets. Not set up for infants or children under the age of 7. As in there is not a cot, bassinet, high chair and the home is not child-proofed. Pricing is per person, assuming that two people will share a room. If however two people would like a room each, then there will be an extra 10 pound per night charge to cover costs.
