Cozy self contained cottage with Arctic cabin

A self contained cottage situated in a rural location with a beautiful outdoor arctic cabin. Suitable for up to 2 dogs only. An ideal base from which to explore the Staffordshire countryside & to visit locations such as Alton Towers (15 min).Trentham gardens (20 min) M6 (30 min) & within a 20 min scenic drive you’re up in the breathtaking Peak District. It’s also perfectly placed for cyclists and walkers with various public footpaths and country lanes accessible straight from your doorstep. The space This welcoming little cottage has everything for your get away. A cosy living come dining area with underfloor heating during the colder months, a kitchen with microwave, slow cooker, air fryer, fridge, freezer. There is a garden view from the kitchen window and direct access to a small private patio area. There is one downstairs bathroom with heated towel rail for your comfort. Upstairs, the cottage has one bedroom with a very comfortable double bed and a large wall mounted flat screen smart TV. In the private garden area you have use of an arctic cabin with open fire pit. Perfect to unwind after a day exploring. Fire logs and sticks provided you’ll just need to bring the marshmallows to toast. Dogs are welcome (up to a maximum of 2) but must be added to the booking in advance so we can prepare for their arrival. Your booking cannot be accepted without adding beforehand. Late check outs which have not been arranged in advance will result in late check out fees and additional charges for the cleaners time and may incur an addition nights stay. Please be mindful often other guests are checking in after you the same day and the property needs to be cleaned and prepared for their arrival. Please be aware there may be some noise from the road behind at times. Guest access You will have full access to the cottage and cabin including a secure driveway and patio area. The drive way can be accessed via key fob so you can come and go as you please. Other things to note Please note that your dog must be kept on a lead at all times when walking around the property, this is for yours and our safety. There is a ‘toilet’ area on grass within the property and a secure place to let your dogs off the lead for a run. All details of this are in the welcome book. Dogs must not be left on their own at any time when staying at Tikarley Cottage unless in their crate.
