Wooden house near the lake

For up to 4 people, ONLY the ground floor of the house is available. No deposit, no additional fees, firewood included in the price. Ground floor: kitchen, living room, 2 bedrooms. First floor: 2 bedrooms, bathroom. Access to the lake via an asphalt road, approx. 300 meters – about a 7-minute walk. As the crow flies, it's 100 meters. A lake with a small jetty and a breeze. Fenced plot, barbecue area, children's house, fire pit plus wood, trampoline, swing. Wi-Fi speed about 20Mb/s, due to the proximity of the lake, poor coverage. Poor cellular network coverage. TV: basic channels. The space 4 bedrooms, two double beds, four single beds, two bathrooms. We provide bed linen, towels, basic cleaning supplies. Guest access Up to 4 people on the ground floor of the house, above 4 on the ground floor plus attic. Other things to note Very weak Wi-Fi. Poor signal. Some cellular networks have limited coverage. Over-the-air TV with a limited number of channels due to signal strength.
