Guest will be given a set of access cards consisting lift access card and parking card. Home owner will also hold a duplicate set for security purposes. The customer will be equipped with a set of access card cards.The owner also has a spare key in case of emergency. 20. All access card must be returned upon check out, a penalty of RM200 per card will be imposed upon check-out if your access cards are not returned or if it is damaged. When the customer leaves, please put the access card in the mailbox, once lost, there will be a fine (RM200 per card)
