Enjoy the nature in Asturian cottage next to beach

Cottage from 1900s restored, old cider press facility (lagar). Available for 8 adults and 4 children. Small Paradise for enjoying the nature and disconnect from daily stress, very peaceful place. Situated into a protected forest belonging to Villaviciosa council (Asturias), inside the Cider production region, and 800m close to Playa España beach (at 12 minutes by foot). To let weekly the whole villa and stay almost during 1 week or more, checkin only on saturday or sunday. Pets not accepted. The space There is a privated parking for 6 cars, a wood outside veranda, four bedrooms (2 with 2 single beds and 2 with 1 double bed), 2 double sofa bed, 3 bathrooms, living-room with wood fireplace and american kitchen (equiped with oven, microwave, refrigerator and freezer, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, dryer and washing machine), bar cabinet including artisan pomaces, beertender and local cider, central heating, wifi and internet ADSL (limited connection: only for reading emails and whasapp or wathing one TV), Pandora Box Wifi with 8.000 arcade multiplataform games, relax area: outdoor hot water spa (in summer) and double cabin hydromassage with finish sauna&hamman, barbacue, horreo (old typical asturian wood building constructed over pilars) close to small tropical air-conditioned greenhouse . Other things to note The 4.000m2 green garden has a small pond (with water lilies, frogs and fishes), and direct access to the trout river. It has more than 30 types of fruit trees and forest wild fruits. By car it takes 15’ to reach Gijon big town, 1h for the Picos de Europa National Park, and it is quite near from Galicia and Cantabria touristic regions. Cabueñes hospital approx. 10’ close. There is a lot of interesting activities and good gastronomy arround this area. Progressive discounts depending on how long is the stay: from 2 weeks a 10%, 4w a 20%, 8w a 30%, 12w a 40%...
