When you leave my place, in 10 minutes you reach Armenia Street (Mar Mikhael) and in 10 minutes you are in Gemmayzeh, in 15/20 minutes you are in Monot, downtown or Sassine Square. Crazy Bars, fancy Cocktails, and Beirut’s best restaurants are minutes away. In about 25 minutes you are in Hamra (by service/cab). The airport is within 25 minutes' driving distance. The neighborhood is super cool, with bars and restaurants all around. Uber or Careem or Bolt (a Middle eastern version of Uber) offer great competitive deals compared to local street taxis. (Just assure me not to use your credit cards due to inflation). Instead, use the option to pay in cash. You can always contact a taxi company to assist you with a long trip like: Allo Taxi, Alfa Taxi, Geryes Taxi (All found on the net). Parking in the building is not available however in case you have a car there is plenty of street parkings for free, you need to find your spot or park in a paid parking in the hood. Want to rent a car ? Happy to recommend couple of companies. The apartment has 24/7 electricity with a 10-amp capacity, allowing you to use one main item at a time, such as the air conditioner, hot water heater, or hairdryer, etc. The apartment is located on the 7th floor, and the elevator operates on the following schedule: 6:00 am to 8:00 am 9:00 am to 11:00 am 12:30 pm to 2:00 am No Shooting, Filming, or Events: Kindly be aware that shooting, filming, or hosting events are strictly forbidden within the premises.
