A beautifully updated studio near Herndon and Willow. Centrally located minutes away from CSU Fresno State, many major hospitals, and popular shopping centers. The private studio is also located near major national parks such as Yosemite National Park and Sequoia National Park. The space Upon arrival, you'll be greeted by a calming open concept consisting of a full kitchen with appliances and a Keurig coffee maker, a relaxing living space, a queen sized bed, a futon couch that folds out as a second bed, and a full restroom. The studio also includes a closet for storage during longer stays. Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. -Air Conditioning/ Heating system -24 hour private entry -Sufficient parking for 3 cars (Parking on the street is allowed. Parking in front of neighbors' houses is NOT allowed.) -Smart TV in studio allowing for guest's Netflix, Hulu, etc. account - Queen size bed - inflatable queen size bed for 2 extra people -Located near the major highways, CSU Fresno, medical centers, shopping, grocery stores, and restaurants. -1 hour away from Yosemite National Park and Sequoia National Park -3 hours away from Los Angeles and San Francisco -No parties allowed. Guest access To the right of the driveway, a lockbox has been installed, which stores the key to the metal gate that allows for guest's private entry. Once the metal gate has been opened, the studio is on the left-hand side with 24-hour key pad entry. Other things to note Guests are allowed to park in the driveway (3 cars max.). Parking on the street in front of our main house is allowed. Please do not park in front of neighbors' houses. Two small dogs are on the property and will occasionally go outside, but will be in the main house majority of the time.
