This friendly space of 40m² (non-smoking) with a maximum capacity of 4 people (2 adults/ 2 children) has been designed for comfort and well-being. Autonomous arrival on the premises with a secure key box The space The space is both functional and welcoming. Entry takes you into the main room (living/living room), supplemented by open kitchen. You will also find toilets . On the 1st floor, a bedroom with a queen bed, small desk and a bathroom ( bathtub and washing machine) Guest access it is located in a particularly quiet area adjoining the Limère Golf Course and the Balnéades. Coming from the north on the D2020 CHRO/IKEA exit, at the roundabout, take the 1st right and at the next roundabout, again right, go to the end of the driveway to park, then continue on foot to Cottage # 478. Coming from the south by the D2020, at the 1st roundabout take a left until the next roundabout, then 2nd exit, 1st right , go to the end of the driveway to park in one of the spaces marked "private"  Other things to note a few details: -Our exteriors have been redesigned... indeed, small massifs come to brighten the entrances of the cottages - the selective garbage cans of the cottage are to be emptied during your stay in the containers near the car parks - the heating is connected to a remote control with programmed temperature, so it is imperative not to intervene personally on the operation of this installation and not to touch the box of each radiator - you will find close to the D2020, roads and trails in the heart of nature (forests, Solognot villages, Loire Valley castles) onsite: - gastronomic side: the golf restaurant and the Michelin-starred restaurant "the table next door" - sports and relaxation side: golf and walks (massages and swimming) - the tram (line A), from the hospital, takes you quickly to downtown Orléans
