In the heart of the Sacred Valley of the Incas, 15 minutes from the center of Urubamba, with access to all public and private services; is the Populated Center of Huayoccari, a small town of 732 inhabitants. This is where the house is located, on a slope that allows you to enjoy a privileged panoramic view of the Sacred Valley, with exclusive access to a mountain natural reserve, wild flora and fauna, lagoons and snow-capped mountains. The space The property is within a condominium, on a hill, so the house has the best views of the Sacred Valley in Huayoccari, Urubamba. The house has 3 bedrooms, all of them have a queen bed and one of the secondary rooms has an additional square and a half bed. Guest access The condominium is not 100% finished yet, there are still some houses under construction, however it is a very respectful and quiet area. As the house is located on a mountainside, we recommend renting a car or going from the main road to the condo by taxi (10 minutes by taxi or 25 minutes on foot). The condominium has a cart that takes you to the house, once you arrive at the door of the condominium. Other things to note The house is located within a condominium, this is 10 minutes by car from the road and 25 minutes on foot. Inside the condominium there is a Market with basic products, the condominium also has a cafeteria area with Wi-Fi.
