We rent out our house for summer break. Air-conditioned Provençal villa of 135 m2 and independent apartment on a wooded and shaded plot of 1500 m2. In the heart of the village, in a quiet little alley. Private parking in front of the house. The space The villa includes: - 3 spacious bedrooms: An upstairs master suite with toilet, shower room and balcony overlooking the garden and pool. Two bedrooms on the ground floor, one with a 140 cm bed, the other with a 90 cm bed. Possibility of extra bed by adding a 90 cm bed in one of the bedrooms. - A large living room of 35 m2 with a small covered terrace on the south side. - A fully equipped kitchen. - A 2nd bathroom and a 2nd toilet. - A 7 m x 3 m saltwater pool. Completely private and fenced for the safety of the little ones. - An apartment adjoining the house with outdoor access. Recently renovated and with an area of 35 m2 with a bedroom, bathroom, kitchenette, living room and private terrace. Air-conditioned bedroom. South side, a small terrace overlooking the garden and pool. North side, a large shaded pergola with barbecue and garden table. We have a cute little cat that enjoys the company of young and old. Kibbles and petting are welcome! Sheets and household linen provided. End-of-stay cleaning not included. Deposit of €1000 required upon arrival. Other things to note The villa is our main residence; we therefore ask vacationers to take care of and respect the premises as well as our neighborhood. Families welcome.
