Our lovingly furnished "Sunset" studio (42 sqm) is located in a quiet residential area in Scharbeutz, a 10-minute walk from the beach. With bathroom, kitchenette and balcony – ideal for Baltic Sea lovers, couples and families with children. Our second studio, "Seaside," is directly across the street. Ideal for up to 4 adults/2 couples who are traveling together but still want to enjoy their own retreat. 🌅 Sunset Studio * Evening sun * Wine on the balcony * romantic * A good feeling * Sunset The space What awaits you in our Sunset apartment? - A large, light-flooded room - Sleeping area with large double bed (1.80 × 2 m - separate mattresses) - Cozy sleeping niche - teak floor - bathroom with window, large shower, hairdryer & cleaning agent - Toilet paper & soap - Kitchenette with mobile induction cooktop (and matching pots/pans), coffee maker and kettle, dishes - cutlery - glasses - Balcony with lots of sun, table & chairs - Underfloor heating in the living area & bathroom - Bicycles + locks for free use (old bicycles, but they do their job / no guarantee on certain sizes, please write to us in advance for children's bicycles) - Parking right by the house New! Optional laundry package: - Per person €15/stay with white bed linens, shower & hand towel and dish towel (no beach towels) Guest access The apartment is used exclusively by our guests alone. There is a common house entrance. A small staircase leads to the house entrance. Inside the house, a wooden staircase leads up to the apartment. Other things to note The large bed is located downstairs in the living-sleeping area, the second bed can be reached via the wooden ladder. This bed has a size of 1.6 x 2 m and is located in a cozy niche directly under the roof.
