Anything you need for your summer home is here. Walking/biking distance to beach and loads of restaurants, bars, etc nearby! Open layout full of natural light kitchen. 2 bedrooms plus 1 den with a huge sectional (pull-out bed), 1 bathroom, laundry room and backyard. The attic and the closet between the kitchen and the den are not to be accessed during guest visits. I am happy to stay in contact via phone, video call or text. Great neighborhood - walking distance to both the bay and the beach. Tennis courts, awesome dining options and relaxing beach town vibes! Parking included as are 4 adult bikes and 1 child bike.
