To the delight of your taste buds, the accommodation is located on the side of Place Emile Zola, where restaurants and bars jostle, but also a stone's throw from the new Cité de la Gastronomie et du Vin de Dijon. Conveniently, the accommodation is also a 15-minute walk from the train station and in close proximity to all amenities (supermarkets, tobacco shops, banks...) The space The accommodation offers access to a small courtyard with a shared terrace where you can relax or leave your bikes. It is very well optimized and has been designed so that a couple who live there year-round have everything they need. Railroad-style bathroom. You can choose to eat at the restaurant, which is close to the studio, or to make your own meals in the large kitchen + bar area. The studio also includes a microwave/oven, a fridge with a freezer compartment, a TV, a coffee maker, a kettle, spices, a wardrobe, etc., and a 140x190 cm Bultex bed base + mattress (no 2nd extra bed). NON-SMOKING APARTMENT Guest access You have access to the entire place. The apartment is on the 1st floor, it will be accessible via a spiral staircase.
