Welcome to own entire wing to yourself only 10 minutes drive from the city-centre yet far from the city's pollution. You get your own private bedroom & own bed; this is your bed at night and your sofa in the day time. With your own private bathroom/toilet, a working space, free wifi and one dedicated free parking area within the premises. Suitable for short-stayed guests, NO kitchen nor kitchen facilities only an electric kettle. Room can take 1 to 2 persons if able to share a double-bed. The space At the period of your stay, both the bedroom and bathroom are yours privately and are not used by others. The guest has own entrance and there is a locked door between the main house and the guests; which gives the guests a full privacy. Although, our private laundry is in the space designated to guests, the guest will still have most space to themselves and privacy. Washing machine and dryrer is not included for airbnb guests, except for those staying for more than 3 days.We will be using the laundry at least once in every seven days to give our guests their space. In understanding of the need for a warm drink; we have provided a kettle with instant coffee and tea at the least. Our pricing is purposely low compared to the given value of privacy and comfort; to allow our guests the freedom of eating outside around our beautiful city, such that the our dear guests cannot do own cooking in the airbnb nor use own cooking appliances in the airbnb such as rice cooker or plate cooker.
