Nice little atypical apartment of 40 m2 offering a living room, a bedroom and a private bathroom on the ground floor of a Provencal village house 15 minutes by car from Aix en Provence, close to a multitude of tourist points of interest and at the gates of the Luberon. Located in the heart of Saint-Cannat, you will appreciate the quiet of the place, having everything at your fingertips. The space You have an independent entrance. You will receive instructions to facilitate your arrival after booking. In the kitchen, you will have the minimum necessary at your disposal: a small fridge, a stove, a microwave, a coffee maker, a kettle and a dishwasher in the bathroom. You will have tea and coffee to get you started smoothly. Saint Cannat offers a wide range of small shops where you can stock up (grocery store, bakery, greengrocer...) and very good restaurants. The apartment is ideal for two people. Linens, sheets, and towels are provided. The geographical location of the accommodation will allow you to radiate over Provence: Aix-en-Provence 15 minutes away, the castle and zoo of La Barben a few minutes away, the Roy René calisson factory, the surrounding nature, the vineyards, Sainte-Victoire half an hour away and the sea 40 minutes away. The outdoor municipal swimming pool located 200 meters from the apartment will welcome you from June to September (swimming pool, children's pool, solarium lawn) the price is €3.20 per day per adult, €1.80 from 6 to 17 years old and free for children under 5 years old.
