This 1910 apartment building is quaint, very clean, and has loads of historical charm. Inside you'll find pictures throughout dedicated to Akron's heyday, also known as the Rubber Capital of the world. The John Brown House and Perkins Stone mansion are within walking distance to satisfy any history buffs itch to explore! Just walking distance to the Highland Square strip featuring eclectic restaurants, shops and festivals. If additional space is needed we also have a studio apartment available directly below this unit. Guest access Laundry access available to guest. $1.50 to wash and $1.00 to dry. There is one off-street parking space available in the parking lot for your reservation. All other guests traveling with you, or coming to visit, will need to park on the street or behind the building in the plaza parking lot. Campers and trailers will not be able to fit in our parking lot, however, you should be able to park them in the plaza parking lot as well.
