The space Located on the Southwest end of the Historical Highland Square neighborhood. Our apartment building is in a residential neighborhood surrounded by century old homes. This 1904 apartment building is quaint, very clean, and has loads of historical charm. Inside you'll find pictures throughout dedicated to Akron's heyday, also known as the Rubber Capital of the world. The John Brown House and Perkins Stone mansion are within walking distance to satisfy any history buffs itch to explore! Just walking distance to the Highland Square strip featuring eclectic restaurants, shops and festivals. All other guests traveling with you, or coming to visit, will need to park on the street or behind the building in the plaza parking lot.
