Peaceful private room and private bathroom in our elegant country home in the desirable lower Banner Mountain neighborhood. Enjoy peaceful walks through an old wood forest, listen to the birds on the beautiful front deck overlooking 1.5 acres of country setting while drinking your morning coffee, just minutes to beautiful downtown Nevada City which was featured in the Hallmark movie The Christmas Card. The space There is plenty of parking in front of the house. The front entry is shared with the owners (your hosts), but the stairs to your private room are just inside the front door. The room is quite large with a queen-sized bed, Wi-Fi, TV monitor, and private bathroom just for you. The kitchenette in the room has a small microwave, mini fridge, bowls, cups, napkins, and utensils. There are also a lot of nice restaurants in the area (plus Door Dash). There is a code to enter the front door of the home. Cleanliness is very important to us, so the room and bathroom are professionally cleaned after each and every use. The bed linens, blankets, towels, and bath mat are washed and replaced after every single guest, no exceptions.
