This luxurious condo is part of the Villa del Sol condominiums and faces the USS Lexington and North Beach. Being just minutes away from North Beach attractions and downtown Corpus Christi, this is a great destination to relax and unwind. Unit 1114 is a 420 square foot fully furnished condo that can accommodate up to 4 individuals. The condos at Villa Del Sol are small spaces. The newly remodeled condo is equipped with a bed and a flat screen TV in the bedroom, along with pillows and blankets. The living room is furnished with 2 futons (that can be turned into beds), and a flat screen TV. A full functioning kitchen includes a refrigerator, microwave, full range oven, pots and pans, dishes, coffee maker, silverware, and a dining area! The unit comes with a luxurious restroom, and has free WIFI. Villa del Sol offers a fitness center (in the same building as the condo), two pools, a business center, washer/dryer on each floor, covered parking, and ice and vending machines. Check in instructions: - Guest must check in at Front Desk (Open 24-hours) for Gate/parking pass ( Fee $15). - A door code will be provided the day of check-in; it is located above the door knob. Don’ts: - Do not set thermostat under 71 degrees; it will freeze or drip condensation. - Do not leave balcony open while AC is running - it will cause AC to build lots of condensation. - Do a walk through to assure everything is good. - We account for all inventory after every guest. Do not take our inventory with you. - Do not use towels to wash off makeup please. Most often I need to throw away and buy new ones. - Do not flush ANY thing other than toilet paper 🧻 - Be courteous; use rinse stations at beach to reduce the amount of sand coming in to condo. It’s a hassle removing sand. -Check out instructions: - Thermostat: 75 - Close curtains to keep it cool - Leave the place as you first saw it. - Take all the trash with you to the trashcans located near exits and the elevator. - Don’t forget your glasses, toys, and other belongings. - Place all used towels and linen on the restroom floor. - Take grocery in refrigerator out. Guests will have access to the condo itself, along with various amenities provided by Villa del Sol including the pool, gym, laundry, and a business center. Local attractions: Beach, Texas State Aquarium, USS Lexington aircraft carrier, Hurricane Alley Waterpark, Schlitterbahn Waterpark, Padre Island National Seashore ALL guests much check in at the lobby for gate access card. A one-time Resort fee is due upon check in at the front desk ($15).
