The space Wrap around covered deck maximizes your outdoor space, while indoors the open concept lower level is awesome for hanging out with friends and family. The 3 bedrooms upstairs all have pine wood floor, with two bedrooms facing the seasonal creek and woods, and the third faces the garden and pond area of the property. All bedrooms equipped with comfortable queen sized beds, dressers and closets. The cottage is nestled in the back corner of the property alongside and above the creek. The nature pool is a manmade swimming pond with no chlorine or chemicals only aquatic plants keeping it clean. Guest access Make note, this is a shared property with owners living in the main house on the property. Guests will have access to the yard adjacent to the cottage as well as the creekside forest, and eastern end of the nature pool. Parking directly in front of the cottage available for up to 3 cars. Other things to note This is a recreational property which has inherent natural hazards such as the seasonal creek, and a 10' deep nature pond with no fence.
