You get total privacy with a separate entrance, private room, and private bathroom. Excellent value for travelers visiting the Sacramento area! Easily access shops, dining, freeways, and public transit. Downtown Sacramento is just a 20-minute drive. The space If you need a clean, private room at an affordable price, you'll love this suite. It is not fancy, but it is comfortable and spotless. We focus on the essentials: - Comfort: Fluffy white towels, clean white sheets, and a toasty warm comforter. - Work/Entertainment: 42" mounted SMART TV (basic cable included) and a dedicated desk. - Connectivity: Strong, reliable Wi-Fi that supports video conferencing for remote work. The suite includes a private, en-suite bathroom featuring a shower with excellent water pressure. Everything you need for a quiet stay is here! Guest access Guests will have exclusive, private access to their entire suite via the separate exterior entrance. Dedicated Amenities (Shared Garage Access): The suite opens directly into the garage area where your dedicated amenities are located. Kitchenette Area: Includes a mini-refrigerator, mini-freezer, microwave, and toaster. Kitchen plates, utensils, and basic spices are provided. Shared Laundry: Guests are welcome to use the washer and dryer. These are located in the non-converted side of the garage and are shared with the homeowner. During your stay Personalized Check-in: To ensure a secure and comfortable start to your stay, we require meeting all first-time guests upon arrival. I will personally hand you the keys and offer a quick tour of your suite and the shared amenity spaces. This ensures you are comfortable with the space before I respect your privacy for the rest of your stay. Communication: I live on the property and your privacy is respected. If you need anything at all, I am easily reachable! I promptly respond to messages sent via the Airbnb app or text and am happy to answer any questions you may have. Other things to note Shared Backyard: Guests are welcome to enjoy the shared backyard space. We kindly ask that you respect the privacy of the main house during your use. Parking: Ample, free street parking is available directly in front of the house. As with any city location, please ensure your vehicle is locked and valuables are secured. On-Site Laundry: A reminder that the washer and dryer, located in the garage, are shared with the host.
