The building is in a pedestrian street facing a school. The room is fully equipped: Air conditioning, Wifi, TV and a bathtub. Upon your arrival, everything will be ready to welcome you in the best conditions: bed linen, towels and bath products, coffee and tea. Moreover our smart-lock system will allow you an autonomous arrival after 3pm and a key-less stay. As all our rooms are non smoking a breach of this rule will force us to execute a special cleaning in the apartment hence 50% of your damage deposit will be debited. Guest access The property is next to two metro stations: Arts et Métiers & Réaumur Sébastopol. The street in which your apartment is located is pedestrian. Also, please note that the pedestrian area increases on every 1st Sunday of each month to cover the whole neighborhood. We would advise you to park your car at the nearest parking located at 254 Rue Saint-Martin, 75003 Paris Other things to note The residence is equipped with cameras in the common areas.
