POOL FACILITIES: *Private Pool *Please, watch your children closely in the pool, and swim at your own risk. OUTDOOR FEATURES: *Private patio with outdoor dining area *Lounge chaise *BBQ Grill NO music outdoors at any time (City of Palm Springs rules, not mine) NO smoking inside or outside the house NO glass bottles or glassware outside (use acrylic, it's safer!) Umbrellas must be removed from stands or closed when not in use or when windy. If umbrellas are broken due to wind damage, guests will be charged a replacement fee.
