There is a self-inflating queen mattress stored in the laundry room which can be used in the LR or flex room. The flex room can be used as an office and has a picture window overlooking the back yard. There is a full size desk and computer monitor and an ergonomic chair. At the other end of this room there is a cabinet with toys and games and an area for the kids to have their own little space. Back yard has 2 adirondack chairs and a portable gas firepit. Wood folding chairs are stored in the laundry room can also be used outside. Guest access You can access the entire house except the garage, where the owner's personal property is stored. There is also a locked cabinet in the laundry room and a locked closet in the living area. Other things to note For repeat guests to know - we have eliminated the very uncomfortable and unwieldy sleeper sofa and replaced with a brand new sofa and loveseat in the LR. The queen size air mattress stored in the laundry room can be quickly inflated and used in the LR or flex room.
