I welcome you to my house located in the Bassins district in Flot-Bacalan near the Chaban-Delmas drawbridge. You are only minutes from the historic center by tram (Achard Street stop) or by bike (station nearby). Parking is free in the area. In recent years, many now essential cultural places have been established in the neighborhood (within walking distance!) : Cité du Vin, Bassins des Lumières, Musée Mer Marine but also Halles Gourmandes. The space T3 townhouse of about 80m2 with a wooden terrace and a pretty wooded garden. On the first floor: - Two bedrooms, both equipped with a very comfortable queen size bed (160cm). In one there is also a 90 cm bed (ideal for a child), - A large landing with an office area serves each of the bedrooms as well as the bathroom and toilet, - A fully-equipped kitchen overlooking the living room (dining area and TV lounge), - A terrace with lounge, garden table and barbecue overlooking the wooded garden, - WiFi (fiber), Canal+, - Sheets (beds made up on arrival) and towels provided. Guest access The entire house is accessible, as are the terrace and the wooded garden. There is no reserved parking space, but parking is free in the surrounding streets.
