Enjoy fresh air,an open brigh view,in a silent minimal room,10 minutes by the heart of Navigli The space Original private bedroom,13mq, part of a 90m2 flat,composed by four single bedrooms,one semi-living kitchen,a bathroom,and two balconies. The room is connected to a spacious balcony with an open view which doesnt face buildings obstructing the city view So It's a very bright ,and as well very silent apartment ,considering that the building is is in a small way quiet street,with cars access only from one side. On a third floor with elevator. The flat has been partially ,recently renovated(kitchen,doors,toilette), it has minimal style with some eccentric touch depending on the room. Furnitures are mixed up between something new and something old and recycled.Dont expect perfection or luxury but surely a general good vibe :) It s 4 bedrooms flat so you will be sharing with 3 other Airbnb guests,usually staying over one whole month in some periods,for few days in others, arriving when you arrive or recently. The quality of experience you will have will depend also by the luck you will have with your flat composition. I will try to make sure everyone respect simple indications. It's less than 15 minutes by bus to Porta Genova/Navigli M2 metro the main area to hang out and have nice walks through the canals and well connected with the city center. With the same bus you can also reach Romolo m2 metro in less than 10 minutes During your stay I dont live in Milan anymore but i'll do my best to be a good supervisor and always be available,trying to comunicate clearly how important is to respect the higiene and space of others. A flat sharing group on W.a will be created to facilitate comunications A trustful cleaning agent is included ,she will to take care of cleaning the shared areas every 4/5 days Other things to note Very important: If you decide to book ,you agree to respect simple but fundamental indications that are given to mantain the space very clean ,in particular off course especially shared areas A general cleaning of toilette and kitchen areas is included each 6 days(more frequent wouldn't be possible with the relatively cheap price set per night) It can be less than that depending on new arrivals /check in, but everyone is responsible during the stay to keep the space tidy and neat,in every single moment.
