Small essential house, designed as a base and located in a small municipality that is only 6 km from the nearest beaches, such as Santa Maria al Bagno and Santa Caterina. Bedroom with double bed, bathroom and dressing room, large living room and kitchen equipped with oven, microwave, coffee machine and induction stove, all electric. There is an area of the house dedicated and reserved for the owner, who is present at certain times of the year. The space In the living/entrance area there are: a refrigerator and a small equipped but non-professional kitchen area (the stoves are induction and we provide compatible pans for cooking) with various utensils such as dishes, pots and cutlery as well as a table for eating. From the entrance, we have the two access doors to the host and guest areas. The host will be present at certain times of the year occasionally. However, we have a secondary access and everything necessary in the guest's area, so the guest has total privacy. The guest has a bedroom with a double bed, a small side table, a clothes rack and a fan, an anti-bathroom area with a sink for dishes, a coffee machine and a private bathroom, as well as exclusive use of the dining room and kitchen. Wi-Fi and air conditioners are not present in the home. Our strength is the quality/price ratio.
