Come on, here's the suite with a little more detail anyway :) M & F The space Geographical location: the accommodation is located 5 minutes from Bourgoin, 5 minutes from the village of brands, 5 minutes from the A43 highway entrance, 10 minutes from St Quentin Fallavier, 20 minutes from St Exupéry airport and its TGV station, 30 minutes from Lyon, Chambéry and Grenoble. The apartment is located in a recent and secure residence, in a quiet and residential area. 50 m² for you on the ground floor, exposed full sun for your vitamin D quota :) And because we take care of you, a small 70 m² garden with covered terrace to listen to the birds chirping, the stream flowing and the calm of nature. The living room is composed of an office area, a living room with a very cozy but also convertible sofa, a connected TV, an equipped kitchen (oven, induction cooktop, microwave). For your comfort, and the tallest of you will be delighted to learn that you can sleep with your feet in bed (!) with a king size bed 160x200. We have put in a large dressing room to set up your things comfortably. The bathroom includes a walk-in shower. Guest access As you can see in the photos, you have direct access to a wooded park, with its stream and body of water.
