Puerta del Mar Condo 6-c is a Front Row 3 bedroom 2 bath BEACH FRONT condo with a balcony. You are right in front of the Santana break and just steps from the sand. It features a living room, dining area, fully equipped kitchen, wifi, satellite TV, air conditioning and back up generator. Not only are you Beach Front but near most of the Amenities including restaurants, tennis court, grocery store, hiking and mountain bike trails, stables, spa and more. The space There is a large living dining area with a balcony overlooking the beach and the pool. The kitchen is fully equipped. The master bedroom has a king sized bed. The second bedroom has 2 bunk beds that have a queen sized louer bunk with a single above it. This room sleeps 6. The third bedroom has queen sized bed. Guest access RESORT FEE: As you are probably aware Rancho Santana is Nicaragua’s premier residential Resort community. It has many amenities including horseback riding, hiking, a wellness spa, fine dining, mountain biking, tennis, pickleball, grocery store, surf lessons, yoga classes, Gym, and tailored family experiences. Rancho Santana has recently implemented a resort fee. In order to use the many wonderful amenities. This fee is $15 per person per day for all guests over the age of eight. This fee is for anyone who does not rent through their rental management program and wants to use the amenities.
