My apartment is located in the popular family-friendly area of l'Étoile - Monceau - Batignolles. Guest access You will have access to the entire apartment. We live there and some personal belongings are present, but we make sure to leave you all the space you need for your belongings. Other things to note The home is located in a quiet and pleasant area, close to Parc Monceau, which is ideal for walking or exercising, and just a few minutes from the Arc de Triomphe and the Champs-Elysées. The building is made of typical Haussmannian stone, and the parquet is old (it can squeak slightly, as in many Parisian apartments). There are also many cafes, restaurants, and shops nearby.
