Surrounded by the Durbanville vineyards which boast stunning Resturant’s and wine tasting only minutes away Airport, V&A Waterfront, hospitals 20 minutes away. The space This is a luxurious modern stylish Townhouse set in a 24 hour manned security estate. Parking for two cars available in the driveway ! Self check-in via the key safe at the front door. This holds the key, tag and remote. The bottom living area comprises of a kitchen with its own back door and centre island, a lounge with two couches and easy chairs with a gas fireplace and TV with all the channels and Netflix, this area extends to dining room / patio with indoor braai. Stack doors can be opened on a lovely day. Upstairs there are three bedrooms each with their own air conditioning, the main bedroom has a King Bed and is en-suite and the 2nd and 3rd bedroom have double beds and share a bathroom with a shower. The 2nd bedroom has a balcony with a fabulous view. There is also another balcony with a table and chairs for you to enjoy the panoramic view on wind free days. Upstairs desk allows for remote working as inverter ensures 24/7 WiFi connectivity! If required the laundry is in the garage. Housekeeping can be arranged over the Christmas season if required for your expense. Guest access The entire house, parking for two cars is available on the driveway. There is access to laundry in the garage, Washing Machine, Tumble Drier, washing line ! Other things to note Please note that this Townhouse has stairs up to the bedrooms. It is not suitable for the elderly or little children. It is very conveniently located with super easy access to the N1 into Cape Town and 5 minutes away from Tygervalley shopping Centre. This is the ideal spot for mountain bike enthusiasts and there many trails on offer in the area. The tag allows you entry and exit in and out of the Residential Estate as well as into the vineyards that border on the Estate. You are adjacent to the Magic Forest. Both make for a scenic hike, run or cycle ! Great Resturant’s, shopping centres and Wine farms all in very close proximity! My favourite restaurant is ‘The Terraces’ on the D’Aria Wine Farm, which is close by. ‘The Turn and Tender’ Restaurant close by at the Majik Forest shopping center! This shopping centre boasts a Spar, Woolies, Sorbet, Show Hair, along with many other convenient stores ! The Protea Hotel 200 meters away from the Estate offers a lovely restaurant Beunovino within walking distance, known for its great pizzas !
