The space The suite features a bedroom on the first floor with a comfortable double bed and a double sofa bed on the living room, located on the ground floor. The bathroom features a shower as well as free toiletries and towels. Optional services are available upon request (depending on availability)—for the comfort of those travelling with their little ones, a cot can be arranged for free, while extra cleaning & towels are for an extra cost. The accommodation includes a luggage room, available for guests to use. *The photos displayed serve as a visual reference and the layout, design and furniture of your accommodation may vary. Guest access The entire unit is for your private use. Make yourself at home! Just keep in mind that you are sharing the building with other guests/neighbours, so please respect the quiet hours from 22:00 to 08:00 and the no-smoking policy throughout the property. Other things to note *Please kindly note: - The accommodation is located on the 2nd floor without an elevator, and there are stairs within the duplex. - City tax is €4.00 per person/night, to be paid for a maximum of 7 consecutive nights, and it is applicable for guests aged 13 years and above. Payable before or upon check-in. - The city government requires a photocopy of all staying guests' ID card or passport, for which we will kindly need your collaboration before arrival.
