Conveniently located between 2 marinas -Duncan Bridge (5 minutes away) and Duskin Point. Just a short stroll downstairs to a private dock and you have access to a secluded cove and place to tie off your boat. Relax on the deck and enjoy the quiet after a fun-filled day on the water. The space There are four spacious bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms for the whole family to enjoy. Bring your food and beverage and enjoy a full kitchen or grab a pizza from the area restaurant. Guest access Easy access to come and go from the street or the water. (Must be able to climb stairs to access the water.) While the circular driveway can accommodate multiple vehicles, the sharp turn makes it difficult to enter with a trailer. Please park trailers at the marina or on the street. Other things to note NO PETS, PLEASE! An additional charge will incur if pets have been in the home.
