Dionysus Sea and Stone Luxury Villa (140 s.m) is a brand new two-level traditional property with an inside marble staircase connecting the two floors. On the upper floor you can find a fully equipped vintage kitchen with corian surfaces, a spacious living room - with a comfy built-in couch, a 50-inch smart TV and a fireplace - as well as a guest WC. From the living room windows you can enjoy the wonderful sea-view. On the outside there is a large outdoor living space with breathtaking view of the Aegean Sea which you can enjoy sitting at the big marble table or on the pillows on the edge of the stone balcony. The ground floor consists of three bedrooms, each decorated in a unique style. One with an en-suite bathroom and a private living room and two with a hall bathroom. All beds are King size and equipped with anatomical ¨Grecostrom¨ mattresses and pillows. The outside living space of this floor features a beautiful stone shed with relaxation poufs and a table and has the same unique sea view as the upper floor. Guest access The whole villa is available and guests have access to all indoor and outdoor areas, with respect to the property and the property of the neighbors. At the private entrance of the property there is an electric door and three private parking slots which are available only for the tenants of the villa. Nearby there are several wonderful beaches, traditional restaurants and beautiful villages which are easily accessible.
